Q.Where are your warehouses located?

A. We are conveniently located at 1800 Dulaney St. in Seaford, DE. Centrally located off route 13. We have 8 warehouses to choose from depending on availability.

Q.Who can rent warehouse space?

A. We have warehouse space available for businesses from 5,000 sq. ft. to 100,000 sq. ft. We do not have personal storage units.

Q.How long are leases available for & what are the rates?

A. We provide short or long term leases to suite your needs - from 3 months to 5 years. Our competitive rates vary depending on how much space you need and how long you need it for.

Q.Do the warehouses have office space or restrooms and is there internet and voice available?

A. Some of the warehouses do have designated office areas and restrooms. Internet and voice can be made available thru Comcast or Verizon, depending on location.

Q.Do any of the warehouses have loading docks and are any heated?

A. All warehouses have loading docks. One warehouse with 48,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space has heat available if needed.

Q.Will you handle our product for us?

A. You can handle your product or we can do it for you for a fee.

Q.Do any of the warehouses have racking space?

A. We have a warehouse with over 2900 rack spaces with fire sprinkler protection.

Q.What is the electrical capacity in the warehouses?

A. Depending on location, electrical capacity is 480 volt 3phase.
